Prestige Gated Community — Smart Security & Automation
SpyHawk Technologies was contracted to design and implement a comprehensive security and automation solution for a premium 200-unit gated community in Hyderabad. This project represented one of our largest residential installations to date.
Project Scope
- 200 HD CCTV cameras throughout the community covering all entry points, corridors, and common areas
- Biometric access control at all entry gates with RFID visitor management system
- Fire alarm system for all blocks with addressable detection and centralized monitoring
- Video door phone with intercom system connecting all 200 units to gate security
- Smart home automation for lighting, AC, and security in 50 premium villas
Project Outcome
The project was completed 5 days ahead of schedule with 100% client satisfaction. The integrated security system provides complete visibility and control for the security team while residents enjoy seamless smart home features in their units.
